Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.​

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.​
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.​
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.​

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at sales@swanclothings.com with your order number and reason for return.​
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.​
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.​

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only processed for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.​
