We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support at sales@swanclothings.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only processed for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
